CANCELLATION AND REFUND OPTIONS
The products and/or services subject to the contract are not within the scope of the Right of Withdrawal due to their nature as "contracts regarding the use of free time for accommodation, entertainment or recreation on a certain date or period". In accordance with the provision 15/g of the Distance Contracts Regulation.
The Customer accepts and undertakes that he/she has known about this issue from the very beginning and will not request the Right of Withdrawal.
The prepayment amount deposited to our account or paid by Credit Card (EFT, Money Order, "bulk or installment" by Credit Card, cash or Mail Order). In case of cancellations, the entire prepayment fee will be lost since the entire payment is made as prepayment. You must pay the remaining amount in cash upon arrival.
